Huede Brings Mobile Healthcare to Clinical Settings

Alleviating the Shortage of Medical Staff: Huede Healthtech Co., Ltd. Introduces Mobile Healthcare into Clinical Applications.

Huede Healthtech Co., Ltd.’s General Manager, Jennifer Lee (pictured), stated that there has been a stream of news regarding overwork of medical staff recently years. The system developed by Huede is poised to address the shortage of medical staff.

Since 2014, in order to assist implementation of "Collaborative Telecare Service Project entrusted to County and City Health Bureaus," Ministry of Health and Welfare commissioned Telecare Service Development Project Office to conduct a series of tests on remote physiological measurement advices, information platforms, and other related transmission equipment. Huede Healthtech Co., Ltd. became the fifth company to pass the tests and was recognized as an excellent vendor.

With rapid growth of elderly population and increasing demand for telecare, Huede has embraced concept of mobile care. Huede has constructed a system platform for telecare, utilizing handheld devices such as tablets and smartphones. These devices integrate functions such as audio-visual, photo capturing, data uploading and downloading, along with transmission of physiological data, aiming to create a seamless telecare platform.

Huede Healthtech Co., Ltd.'s General Manager, Jennifer Lee, has expressed about overwork of medical staff in recent years. In Europe, statistics show that on average, each medical staff member walks 8 to 10 miles (equivalent to 12.8 to 16 kilometers) per day within their hospitals. The average daily walking distance for medical staff in Taiwan is even higher. Additionally, the time spent on administrative tasks has extended their working hours.

In response to these challenges, Huede has begun to transfer its mobile care technology to clinical applications within hospitals. The goal is to alleviate issues faced by medical staff, reduce administrative burden, and enhance care efficiency.

Huede Healthtech Co., Ltd. has developed Advanced Physiological Transmitting System (APTS). APTS primarily integrates medical devices to automatically capture data, providing clinical care management systems for medical staff and hospitals. Specifically designed for respiratory care, it is referred to as APTS Ventilation, abbreviated as APTS_V.

In addition to automatically capturing respiratory values and digitizing sheets, APTS_V also provides an alert function.
