Huede Releases Clinical Information System
Bringing mobile technology into clinical, Huede Healthtech Co., Ltd. introduces its Clinical Care System.
In rapidly evolvement of medical technology, Huede Healthtech Co., Ltd. unveiled its Advanced Physiological Transmitting System (APTS) at 2016 Smart City Expo held by Taipei City Government. APTS enables a range of remote physiological measurements and alert functions, enhancing patient safety and preventing deterioration of their condition.
Huede's General Manager, Jennifer Lee, pointed out that since 2014, to assist in implementation of "Collaborative Telecare Service Project entrusted to County and City Health Bureaus," Ministry of Health and Welfare commissioned the Telecare Service Development Project Office to conduct a series of tests on remote physiological measurement advices, information platforms, and other related transmission advice. Huede became the fifth company to pass the tests and was recognized as an excellent vendor.
In light of rapidly growing aging population and increasing demand for telecare, Jennifer Lee mentioned during an interview that Huede has constructed a telecare platform based on concept of mobile-care. Utilizing handheld devices such as tablets and smartphones, this platform integrates features like audio-visual, photo capturing, data uploading and downloading, along with the transmission of physiological data. The aim is to create a zero-distance telecare platform.
Huede developed Advanced Physiological Transmitting System primarily integrates medical device in clinical. It automatically captures physiological values and subsequently provides clinical care management systems required by medical staff and hospitals.
In addition to automatically capturing respiratory values and digitizing sheets, she mentioned that this system also provides alert functionality. This allows respiratory therapists to monitor dozens of patients simultaneously, enabling caregivers attending to patients to promptly know their physiological condition and prevent deterioration of their health. Furthermore, there is also a dialysis care system called APTS_D (Advanced Physiological Transmitting System_Dialysis).
With increasing overwork of medical staff in recent years, Jennifer Lee pointed out that Huede has begun transferring its mobile care technology to clinical applications within hospitals. The goal is to address the issues faced by healthcare professionals, save administrative time, enhance care efficiency, and increase patient safety.
"2016 Smart City Expo," organized by Taipei City Government and Taipei Computer Association, among other units, took place from 22nd to 25th at the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei.
